The term is not only monopolized by those who gather in the district themselves, but has become a relatively popular expression in the United States. The Harajuku Girls are four young women who were hired in 2004 as backup dancers for American singer Gwen Stefani's Love. Angel. Music. Baby. album The "Harajuku Girls" have continued to appear alongside Stefani, and are featured in the music videos for "What You Waiting For?", "Rich Girl", "Hollaback Girl", "Luxurious", "Crash", "Wind It Up", "The Sweet Escape", and "Now That You Got It".

Harajuku In Vietnam
I founded nice site talk about Harajuku in vietnam, and the author writed "Being honest, I voted Harajuku is not my style. Or this is something I would never (have gut ) to do".
However, I love to see how Harajuku style invades Vietnam fashion, which is still conservative and uncreative. Through it, 9X generation can express their desire to be unique and creative in the way they wear. The freedom of expression displayed is very appealing in this fashion style".
Do you have story about harajuku in your country? if you have ... i'm glad to put your story in my Harajuku Style site.

Great news: On the 14th of this month Avril Lavigne was spotted at a fashion show in Harajuku, Tokyo, showing off the latest looks of her fresh young clothing line.
